Since 1985 we at Safeguard have been effectively tackling all types of pest problems. We are delighted to have established an excellent reputation for providing a professional and comprehensive service, tailor-made to meet your business’ needs.

From inception, our founding directors have believed in a professional approach, not only with regards to service delivery but also to relationship building, a marked departure from the perceived public image of the pest control industry.

Thanks to the loyal partnerships we have built between our staff and our customers, we have enjoyed considerable success. We have consolidated our position as one of the top 5 pest control companies in the South East in terms of turnover. In the broader context of the UK pest control industry, we are one of only 10 companies who can demonstrate a turnover in excess of £2M.

Our commitment to putting our customers’ needs before short term profit has brought a loyalty which has resulted in the lowest contract cancellation rate of any company in our sector.

Our Service
Unlike many large pest control contractors, we believe you deserve a friendly, personal service. You’re not just a number to us! When you call us, you’ll speak to someone straightaway who has the knowledge to help you and give you honest, genuine advice. We don’t believe in pushy sales techniques and you can contact our senior management any time you need to.

We treat our staff well, because happy employees give the best service! None of our technicians are working solely on commission, so they won’t be rushing off to another job, they’ll take the time to address your concerns properly.

Our Business
We are currently operating from our refurbished HQ in Westerham, Kent, which houses a sophisticated operational support infrastructure, modern training facilities and a team of friendly, dedicated support staff who are ever ready to offer advice and liaise with locally based field staff in the event of emergencies.

From this ideal location we benefit from easy access to all the main motorways, including M25, M2, M20, M3, M4 and M23. We also conveniently border the London Boroughs. We serve commercial clients on contract nationwide, although we are more than happy to undertake one-off jobs in London and the Home Counties.

Over the years, we have found a respected niche in the market. Our success comes from our policy of ensuring we give enough quality time with each of our customers, no matter how small, to guarantee their confidence in our ability and commitment to meeting their pest control needs.

We are full members of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA), accredited to the Safe Contractor Scheme, can demonstrate safe working practices, formal Health & Safety Systems and provide insurance indemnity to the value of £10M.
