Our client was instructed to carry out internal and external refurbishment works which formed part of the upgrade project at the Tesco branch in Cricklewood. Within this scope of works re-decorating and cleaning the high level pillar/beam structures at the front and side elevations was high on their priority list.
These pillars and beams are perfect perching, nesting and roosting structures for most pest bird species, which meant the entire canopy area was covered with pigeon netting. As a result this prevented the contractor from gaining access to the metal structures in question
