Pests across London and the South East will need to be on their guard in 2016. One of the UK’s largest independent pest control companies, Safeguard Pest Control, has invested in a new online reporting system named Service Tracker.
The software allows field based pest control surveyors and technicians to eliminate paperwork, reduce travel time and improve the capture and transmission of inspection results. The cloud-based system has been designed with the latest Food and Environmental Quality Standards from the BPCA, HSE and NPTA.
Nigel Sargent, from Service Tracker, says “Service Tracker is a complete management tool with automatic reporting of inspection results and certificates, allowing forward planning of treatments and pro-active prevention of infestations.”
As a result Safeguard Pest Control customer’s will see a faster response for quotations and service reports, consistent project management and improved quality of information to plan their future budgets.
Customers will also have visibility of their records at all times regardless of their location. Safeguard’s Director, Tim Sheehan, says “Pests are fast-moving so this new investment will capture their activities more easily on our mobile dashboards. Our technology has caught up with them and will keep us one step ahead.”
