Safeguard Pest Control are introducing a new reporting system for all of their customers to deliver real time paperless reports.
The latest service brings a number of significant improvements which shall speed up the flow of information, allowing for faster, more precise communication.
Company Director, Paul Butterick explains “For some time we have been striving to improve the accuracy of our reporting system. Our previous system of technicians producing manual treatment reports has been effective for many years; however we believed that with the constant evolution of technology; an opportunity to improve was out there. Our communications team worked closely with Service Tracker, using the Sales Force platform to create a bespoke paperless reporting system designed for our customers and company; and this was achieved. The result being an easy to use, cloud-based reporting system.”
The key components of the improved system include:
- Instant customer access to reports and history, ensuring pest control can be tackled immediately.
- More accurate information relayed onsite, avoiding customers calling back to clarify issues.
- Guaranteed security of sensitive information, ensuring nothing falls into the wrong hands
- Paperless processes to reduce environmental waste and the time needed to shred old documents
Pest control customers involved in the initial system trials were delighted with the outcomes. Particularly praise was given on the speed of receiving treatment reports and the clarity of the information and recommendations given.
