A high growth enterprise specialising in bird and pest control has teamed up with a digital design marketing agency to keep facility managers posted on new service developments using traditional postal processes.
The concept is; traditional messages are more likely to be read if of good quality and tailored to customers’ needs, unlike emails that can automatically be redirected into a spam folder. The marketing medium also has an extra bonus, avoiding additional postal costs.
Safeguard’s pest control customers have grown by 30% in the last year across London and the south east.
Teaming up with a partner of marketing specialists Eleven UK, based in Gatwick, and Incisive Edge are bringing together new ways to share service support information with customers.
Their return to traditional direct mail leaflet inserts with monthly hard copy mail posts is increasing customer reader numbers. Keith Law explains “hard copy direct mailings have fallen as popularity with email has risen. Unfortunately email is often seen as a nuisance and many good messages are lost forever in receiver spam folders. We have found that a good quality well designed hard copy insert is more likely to be seen and read nowadays.”
